Good day mga chiefs

It's me again and yes it is still the same problem that I am hoping you guys can help me with.

I already had the following replaced and still the noise problem keeps coming back.
- tensioner bearing
- alternator bearing
- AC compressor checked by 3 diff. AC shops - confirmed not the cause
- new fanbelts already re-adjusted thrice but the noise came back still

The noise (tho medyo nabawasan an sya ngayon) according to the last mechanic who checked it said na baka daw sa "engine pulley" nanga-galing yung ingay dahil baka nahihirapan na raw yung pulley pag nagsabay sabay na yung Engine at AC daw. Or baka butas na yung tubo ng tambutso sa ilalim.

The noise seems to be coming from somewhere near the wiper motor according to the last mechanic.

The noise sounds like a mis-aligned fanbelt(but it's not the fan-belt) pero lumalabas lang sya once nag automatic na yung AC at lumalakas pag tumapak ka sa selinyador particularly pag nasa 1st and 2nd gears ka.

According to the AC shops, kung AC daw problema, mas malakas daw yung inggay(parang unggol ng baka daw) na maririnig ko at maaring hindi na rin daw lumalamig yung AC ko, pero malamig naman sya at naga-automatic pa rin naman.
