it all depends with Yulon Motors of Taiwan (who owns Nissan Philippines) to bring it here. What I heard last year is that they will be bringing in the Nissan Quest to replace the Serena. Too bad, Yulon is slow in bringing in new models here like the Teana.

wow, they're bringing in the Quest ? i think that's a better idea, that Serena is like a Scion xB on steroids. the japs really love Astro-themed vehicles. isn't honda selling 50 or so USDM Odysseys there?then maybe toyota should sell 100-200 Sienna's too (not to mention the Town&Country).it's the invasion of US minivans......(from the grapevine, the Sienna next year will get the Avalon's 3.5L V6 with 280hp....the strongest engine of all if that happens).
    anyway, here's the Quest:

USDM Odyssey is still understudy. They are also considering the JDM China made odyssey.

agreed, they should bring in the US minivans. currently, only the geriatric chevy venture and the royally-priced chrysler town & country (with magically disappearing second- and third-row seats!) are the long-wheelbase, full-length minivans available.

Baka raw Presage ang ipalit sa Serena QRV.Mukhang JDM model lang ang new Serena

WIK is that the Presage is also a JDM model. Pwede naman din. It can also compete with the Grandis. Anyway, I think the Quest is more feasible here because Filipino buyers prefer big vans like the Quest.

Wow! Those new Nissans, Serena and Quest, sure do look purrdy...

With the Philippine market shifting preferrence to the 7-seater vehicles. It may very well be a wise move for Nissan Motor Philippines (Yulon Motors) to considers bringing in these models... They may offer a nice alternative (if relatively priced) to the Toyota Fortuner whose waiting list is backed-up 4 months...

Dalawa na lang sana dalhin nila! yung serena sa 1.1 to 1.3M range tapos yung quest sa 1.8 to 2.0M lang dapat. Mas ok pag ganun. Yari ang town and country. Baka wala ng bumili

    i own a Nissan Serena QRV-R A/T 2003.
yeah it looks nice and i like the space inside, so roomy....
the new Serena looks even better!
but if u ask me, should i buy another nissan?
    i better think several times!
my QRV-R sucks coz rattling noise is all over it even on slightly uneven roads, much more on slightly rough roads. just 2 years old, i had several problems! and the most disgusting is the POOR SERVICE QUALITY of Nissan.
i'm planning to sell my serena bcoz of these but the resale price is way too low.

ako rin i own a serena - very low ang resale price kaya i opted to keep it muna. pinarepair ko nalang lahat ng sira like:
    1. radiator P14k
    2. suspension links P1,300 each (2pcs)
    3. alternator - P3500 suplus (replaced twice na)
    4. brake pads - regularly
    5. engine support - abot P8k lahat

    haaayy....

the new nissan serena
