Persistent Hand-brake and Noisy Braking problems

Good day mga chiefs!

Need your inputs lang po once again.

I have this persistent hand-brake and noisy metal-metal sound every time I brake.

Hand brake problem - It just loosens up suddenly and does not work any more especially when your on an inclined road, lagi akong nakaalalay sa brakes nalang. I already had it repaired twice but the problem keeps coming back after a few months.

Noisy metal-metal sound during braking - You can clearly hear it if do a hard or sudden brake and ngayon kahit pababa ka lang sa inclined na kalye at naka-alalay ka lang sa brakes, you will clearly hear this annoying sound. I also had it repaired twice already but the problem keeps coming back after a few months as well.

Frankly speaking, gusto ko na syang dalhin sa ibang "Underchasis Specialist" dahil nakakabwiset na yung pinagdadalhan kong talyer dahil hindi naman nila magawa ng maayos dahil bumabalik balik yung problema.

I live in the San Juan M.M. area so I would greatly appreciate kung meron kayong mare-recommend lang sakin na underchasis shops na reliable, hindi harang magpresyo sa trabaho at subok nyo na mga chiefs.

Also, kung meron kayong mga specific parts na mare-recommend to fix this problem, please do include them in your reply.

I just really want to fix this problem asap mga chiefs for safety reasons din so any inputs from you guys would really really help.

Try mo ipa-check yan sa M7 San Juan bro.

Sa experience ko, pwedeng worn out na ang brake pads/shoes. Or baka naman kailangan na ng re-phasing ng brake discs/drums. Hindi ba nagkukulang ang brake fluids mo?

Yep na momonitor ko naman regularly yung brake fluid ko and I always make it a point na hindi sya bumamababa sa minimum line.

Narinig ko na yang M7 na talyer sa sta.mesa banda if I'm not mistaken, sabi ng brother in law ko.

Naisip ko nga rin na maaring kailngan nang i-rephase yung "brake discs.drums" ko kase napapalitan ko na yung brake shoe at makapal pa daw yung brake pads ko sabi nung hulong mekanikong tumingin. Naiinis lang talaga kase ako at pabalik balik na tong problemang to.

Sige baka dalhin ko na nga lang this Saturday either sa M7 or sa Speedyfix sa shaw. Ok din daw dun magpagawa dun based sa thread na nabasa ko din dito.
