ask ko lang po, may sentra 1990 boxtype po ako, GA15s po makina at 12-valve, di ko po alam mileage kasi sira na po kasi medyo matagal na po sa family ko po then binigay po sakin june last year(2011), tanong ko lang po bakit po minsan nararamdaman ko po hatak niya, minsan naman kailangan ko pa pong tumapak lalo sa gas, sa flat road po ito ah at blaze 100octane po ginagamit kong gas kasi mas ok daw po yung walang ethanol for older cars at nararamdaman ko po kapag humahatak siya medyo nararamdaman ko pong parang matigas yung gas pedal tapakan then kapag di po gaano mahatak medyo malambot po yung gas pedal tapakan gamit ko po palang engine oil is idemitsu 5w-40 lahat po stock po exept exhaust system kasi po pinastraight pipe ko po. salamat po!!!

If the gas pedal is physically harder to press down, it could be the cable/cable-housing that is getting stuck up. It could be worn out and needs replacing or the installation is in a wrong angle, making the cable rub on the housing and wearing out a portion prematurely.

Adding some (lubricating) oil to lubricate the cable will help temporarily.

kapag mahatak po, matigas yung pedal medyo pero kapag di po mahatak parang malambot po siya, pero di naman po ganun katigas at kalambot, medyo yun lang po nararamdaman ko po. thanks po sa reply.
