    Are you asking... what qualities of the Skyline make it good for tuning? Or how to tune a Skyline?

    And are we talking about the regular Skylines that are quite similar to the Cefiro (they share the same floorplan with some differences in suspension)... or the Skyline sports models (the GTS-T and GTS4) or the Skyline GT-R supercar?
