For the standard front bumper for the b14 sentra, you have no hoice but to go for an after market fog lamp. Ive seen some installing a small rectangular lamps and placed in between the air vent near the plate.

Another option you have is to buy a surplus super touring bumper. You will be havig a hard time though with regards to its corner lamp, having this work accordingly you need to look for a corner lamp relay which in my opinion its really hard to find. Your next best option is to tap the wiring with your car's park light

I wont recommend for you to get a GTS front bumper mainly because of its availability of a plastic made ones. Most likely you will just end up with a fiberglass made ones which is not durable at all(mabilis mabasag)
