first thing first:

visual inspection: oil leak between cylinder head and engine.
spark plug wet w/ oil or coolant (gas only).
smoke at the tail pipe(black,gray or white).
w/ diagnostic tools: low compression ( of course no power).

Exactly ARB. Before starting remove the radiator cap. If the the water blows out sabay sa pag redondo ng starter, that means damage na yung cylinder head gasket. Papalitan mo na agad, cylinder head of Nissan BD and TD series are not cast-iron, kaya di puedeng ma-reface.

tama! si arb yan ang syntomaS na naranasan ko sa liteace ko(2c-turbo), pacheck mo na din sa machineshop kung bengkong na ang cylinder head para isang gawa nalang...

nag-overheat yan, ano?

im driving a 1997 model ultra eagle pero havent experience that kind of problem.... except sa mdyo mausok pag naka minor at a bit black smoke pag birit sa far ok pa din xa.... calibrate lang uli ciguro....madumi daw nozzle...

Help po sa RPM ng Ultra eagle 96 mdl pick up ko, BD25 po ung engine nya....
ang RPM ko po kc nsa 1600, kapag binabaan ko naman yung minor para maging 1000 RPM lang, yung stopper ng idle, na vibrate na ang makina, magalaw na ung makina. yung 1600 RPM ay ok naman ang idle nya, pero db dapat at least nsa 1000 RPM lang kapag pina andar?

I've just had my engine (BD25) top overhauled. New cylinder head gasket but still water blows out of the radiator. No coolant leaking in the engine, no white smoke blowing out the exhaust when starting cold, or whenever. The radiator has a small leak in it though, I had it repaired but still haven't tested if it fixed the problem. My theory is that there is air in the system because it wasn't bled properly. Anyway any thoughts on this guys?Thanks
