Coming to the Philippines this June as not quite all-new but not just a facelift, the ASEAN version of the 2027 Nissan Kicks e-Power will get a considerable set of upgrades.

It's the same platform and same powertrain (REEV - range-extended electric vehicle) but with a wholly different interior and exterior. Lots of upgrades to the features too, including Nissan's ProPILOT assist ADAS, a better infotainment system, fully digital gauge cluster, 360 camera and more.

The current one is a nice zippy little crossover and is a good choice for those who want the closest possible feeling to driving an EV without the need to plug in.

I imagine this improved version with better software, ADAS, and better creature comforts will also sell well. If they price this at ₱1.2M or less, it will sell like hotcakes.

Hindi nga ito gaya ng Gen 2 sa America.
Heavy facelift ito ng Gen 1. Parehas pa din doors at dashboard/console layout.
