number coding ba takes effect sa mga major thoroughfares lang???ie:ortigas,edsa....i'm from proj7 and my car cannot run on thursdays..lumalabas ako pag window hour lang..
my problem right now is that my kids are having their summer classes...1 in quezon ave and 1 in bohol ave...
dun sa panganay ok lang not to make hatid and sundo kasi marunong na magcommute..pero yung isa di pa kaya...he's taking his summer activity class at the side of ABS CBN...from my place i take the BALER-WEST AVE-EXAMINER-QAVEuturn-right dun sa kanto ng ibank(forgot the name of the street) route to and fro...kaso the yung time nya ang problem..kailangan maihatid ko sya before 9am then class ends at 4pm....can i run that route kahit coded ako???

pag hindi mo coding day sir, check mo (carefully) yung route na yun kung may mga enforcers. Pag wala, swerte. hehe
