I know this is an old post, but I think this is a good thread to have my questions get answered. We are planning to buy a property there in the Philippines but we were contemplating which location that we need to consider between Casa Milan or Filinvest 2 considering these factors:
1. Safety
2. Flood
3. Fault Line
4. Schools (Ateneo for college and Poveda for high school)

ang binaha nung ondoy ay some area ng SSS village... yung malapit sa creek.. ganun din sa fairview sa tabi ng creek... abot hangang bubong....
