bike suggestions 20-40k budget

Hi i'm thinking of buying a motorcycle. I only intend to use it for 2months or so and then i wanna be able to sell it quickly when i'm done with it. I'm a noobie in the scene so i'm not really that familiar with the different models. As for the budget, preferably at the 20k range but i can go as high as 40k as long as i can sell it again for the same price when i'm done with it.

i wanna be able to sell it again quickly at the same price that i bought it for when i'm done with it so the popularity of the model is important for me

what are the most popular models within my budget and what's the average price for each. Thank you

For your budget na 20k , yung 5 k down payment ko for honda wave 125cc brand new, 5 years to pay so mga 2k or less lang monthly, after 2 month pa repossess mo na lang ,. lol seriusly ganyan talaga gagawin ko. .. kung gusto mo mas baba pa china brand mc ang kunin mo mga 2,500 php ang down.payment, may mga china brand mc worth 35k cash brand new.

Moving forward, need ng ts is relatively new na 2nd hand para di niya masalo ang depreciation ng bagong bike.
