Meron ba kailangan i-change or something sa driver's license kapag nagmamaneho Ng mga two wheelers?
Depends on what speed the e-motorcycle is capable of. If it goes 50+kph it considered category L3 (i.e. on par with a regular ICE motorcycle). Need na ng "A" sa license.

Electric scooters are good for short commutes, pero personally I wouldn’t spend that much on a first unit. The Boosted Rev looks solid, but ang concern is repairs and spare parts since mahirap support dito sa PH.
If pang work commute lang, baka better to start with a cheaper, reliable model muna. Test mo for a few months then upgrade later if worth it talaga.
