As one of the viewers' suggestion, I went to Martessem Mountain Resort to check out the view. And it did not disappoint! This is where I decided to break in my newly purchased Yamaha NMAX. I was choosing between an Aerox and this.. good thing I made the right choice! Sobrang comfortable dalhin

Ok naman view sa martessem. Pero hinde masarap pagkain. :D

Hmmm. Huli ko kasing punta dun parang last January pa. And I can say na di maganda yung pansamantagal na tawiran. Kahit scooter mag-aalangan.

Hanggang Jariel's Peak sir kayang kaya.

Start sa marilaque then turn right to tanay proper pagdating ng sampaloc. Pero hinde ganon kaganda ang view.

marami ring kamote on four wheels, outnumbered lang ng mga kamote motorcycles. last weekend(?) lang there was a slew of ricer 86s.

meron nang ready ambulance naka tambay before Masungi

after the major Sampaloc intersection (the one with the Shell station), onti na lang makakasabay mo going to Jariel's and beyond

Cafe Katerina for cheap and good eats. Regina Rica for their bread

Been there last Monday, on my scooter lang. Mukang taon pa bago matapos yung tulay. Mejo kakatakot yung detour bridge nila, kitang kita kasi yung bangin. At mukang madulas yung way. Good thing lang is, wala ng bayad ang pagdaan dun. Last year, may 20 petot na sinisingil pag dadaan ka sa pansamantagal na tulay nila.

Marilaque on a weekend is dangerous. Resing resing kasi mga kamote.
Never tried Cafe Katerina, parang mahal kasi at alanganin yung stop dun. Hehe. Well, I'm on scooter pa lang kasi. La pa ding 4 na gulong.
Regina Rica? Hmmm. Advisable kaya sya puntahan ng tulad kong non-catholic?

Do they serve salads? Could be from those leafy veggies.
