Retrofits are always pricey. But kindly don't imitate the jackasses at the road which just have halogen reflectors and slaps on an HID unmindful of others. Kung makita ko kayo, yari kayo sa upcoming bi-xenon HID ko jwk. If you really must, get an HID then recalibrate your headlights para di nakakasilaw sa incoming traffic. However....
Rather than going for HIDs, I'd suggest trying to find an Osram Nightbreaker or a Philips XP Not sure na ako sa mga prices, but Philips is generally more expensive (kasi hoarding yan eh) but both of them offer similar lighting performance. 6000k might be a bit too "white" for my taste, meron mga iba nahihirapan especially if you're caught in the middle of a heavy downpour. 4300k would suffice IMO.
As for the bulb type, just consult with your manual. Di ako sure sa 92' corolla eh.
Oh yeah, since matagal-tagal na rin yan, you might want to avail of a headlight cleaning too. Bali wala light output mo kung blurry yun housing mo
With this sort of gadget the thing to keep in mind is "you get what you pay for". I've been in...
