i'd like to request your help. my gf's rvr tranny (a/t) - turbo 4wd broke down after it was repaired by a knowledgeable mechanic for almost two months ago.

for this, im trying to think of two options - either swap the tranny to a m/t or swap to another a/t. based on the net, the a/t rvr tranny is very very susceptible to gearing problems. i wonder if you rvr a/t owners out there experienced the same.

if that is the case, any shops can you recommend? and how much more or less would be the damage to the pocket?
