pajero tdic 2.5 smoke at 3000rpm

my problem w/ my pajero 2.5 tdic when i reached 3000rpm may labas na usok tpos pag mga 3500rpm tuloy-tuloy na usok

so pag nsa 5th gear nako tpos mga 100kph 5th gear arnd 3000 up na rpm tuloy-tuloy na usok nakakahiya tlga!

what maybe the problem? some say i need already to calibrate my engine. mga arnd magkano ba pa calibrate ng 4d56? TY! ;)

how often do you change oil?what oil are you using?

sakit narin talaga yan ng pajero at mitsu diesels.but there are many ways to minimize it.

How old is your engine? How many kms on the odo?

You can try a diesel injector cleaner like, Liqui-Moly's "diesel purge" or redline oil's diesel fuel catalyst.

mausok means rich yung engine. also add ko na lang na isa pang maging problema ay yung airl filter madumi na siguro.

3000rpm is too low for smoke... sa akin dati pag 4000 lang nagsisimula ang smokescreen mode hehe

my paj. has alredy 111,000 kms on its odometer. i just have my tune up.

but everytime ako nagpapa tune up parang ganun pa din.

anyway, ano diesel injector cleaner na liqui-moly or redline oil etc. eto ba yung ina add sa fuel? sori i have no idea on it.

try the air cleaner, clean it, it really helps.and baka u upshift too early n mabigat foot mo sa gas pedal. bombahin mo din yung muffler mo.
