Need Help plss.. on my 81 lancer box type..

Im just new here in tsikot but actually I've been reading your conversations and its good bec. I learned a lot regarding cars and how to take care of it..actually I just bought an 81 model mits box type; just need help on some details:

- Do you know if there's any auto shops that's really working on box types? laguna and manila area

- Any auto supplies na nagbebenta parts exclusively for box types?

- My car engine is still good I think, lakas pa naman humatak pero may leak ng oil sa ilalim pero knti lang, natulo siya minsan; wat kaya pwede gawin? what din iba pa pwede gawin sa engine para lalo tumagal at gumanda takbo?

- wala naman kalampag pero may knti wiggle, sabi sa servitek need new ball joint, pitman arm, tie rods, idler arm

- upholstery nya medyo panget na ung sidings at sa roof sa kaya mura pgawa nun?

- san din kaya maganda magpa body repair?

-ung taas ng wind shield may knti bulok na kailangan ba masilya un?

- maganda sana kung may shop na sila na talaga mag remake ng box type na parang bago ult..hehe. meron kaya nun?

-any forums here na exclusive for box type owners?

pls help actually its my first car na nabili in my own pocket kaya gusto ko talaga siya pagandahin na parang bago; its my first car ever kaya important sakin..

The box type is simple enough that it can be repaired at any neighborhood talyer. Not sure about interior parts, but most replacement parts should be available at Banawe. Kung di pa naalign yung gulong you might as well replace those steering parts kasi integral yan sa safety mo. Ang bulok sa box type unfortunately commonplace, di uso rustproofing nung 1980s, masilya at latero lang ang katapat niyan.

Kung gusto mong makakita ng restored box type punta ka lang samga car shows, palaging may nagdidisplay ng restored box type dun para alam mo kung ano dapat itsura ng auto mo.
