I had a phone conversation with Jimmy on July 19 (senior SA) sa Otis re the thud sound on ignition issue with our Monty, which he acknowledge and told me to just go there early because this will take a whole day to fix. Since I needed to be there narin for the 1 year rust inspection I decided to go there on Sat (July24) My day off....

I was there July 24 7am sharp! I was no. 1 sa line. They started receiving customers by 8am, I was entertained by Beth also a SA (since wala pa si Jimmy). I told her my complains then, ayun. tinanggap na by 9am. I told her my issues (thud sound on ignition, wiper squeaking, rust inspection and since me rust inspection,pinasama ko narin under wash)

I went home, everthing seems ok until by 330pm sabi ng SA sa monday ko na lang daw kunin... so ano pa magagawa ko.... Kaya nga ako gumising ng maaga dahil alam ko whole day yung kapag palit ng engine support!!! Tapos d ko rin pala makukuha ng hapon....

Came monday (July 26). Had to report for work , from the office,called Otis to confirm kung ready na for pick up yung monty... More bad news.... Me charge daw labor nung kapag palit ng engine support! Anak ng *#$%. I Argued that sabi dito sa forums covered yun! Which they again acknowledge eventually! Ok na din daw yung squeaking sound ng wipers (na detail na daw).... underwashed na rin daw....

Told Beth na around 6pm ko pa madadaanan dahil nasa Ortgias ako... Kunin ko na lang daw sa Cashier yung release papers. Had only paid P300 for the underwash!

ito na po yung problema....

1. Check yung pang ilalim ng Monty.. ayos! Kung ano yung condition nung ilalim nung dinala ko nung Sat halos walang nagbago! Complained this sa guard.... Balik na lang daw bukas dahil wala ng tao.... HINDI na underwash!

2. kapag pasok ko napansin ko na 18km tinakbo???? I had check yung odometer ko to be sure.... Ewan ko na lang kung bakit tumakbo monty ko ng 18kms kung nasa casa lang siya....

3. ito pa, I had just replaced my wipers to Bosch dahil sa "squeaking" sound 3 weeks ago ( I thought dahil lang sa wipers yung problem) When I went home I noticed na parang luma and ang dumi yung wipers ko... Anak ng Pasig! NWB na yung nakasalpak!

KUNG wipers na madali ma spot na pinalitan, tinitira.what more yung mga parts sa loob ng hood????

Newbie here, buti na lang nabasa ko ito -- san mag pa pa PM is CitiM-Makati and OTIS madaming kalokohan? Pag unit ko po ba galing sa CitiM-Makati, makakapag claim rin ba ako ng warranty if pumunta ako sa Diamond nna casa? mawawala po ba ang leverage ko??

Ask ko lang. Are there still any complaints from owners who had their vehicles serviced here at UM Paco, recently? Plano sana namin ipa-PMS dito ang Advie namin na 4 years old eh malapit lang sya dito sa Paco kaya yun and never pa kami nagpa-PMS dito. Kung puro negative pa rin, edi sa iba na lang kami magpapa-PMS. Thanks sa mga makakasagot.

For a 4 yr old car, i suggest sa labas na lang since wala na ring warranty
