Actually, I've tried this with my other cars (not Mitsu), if the handbrake is up BUT NOT FULLY UP, even on neutral, the car tends to move forward. So in this case, brake lamps will be lit but not enough to keep the car stationary.

That's why for safety reasons, you have to hear a couple of clicks at least when pulling up you handbrake or pressing on the foot brake.

natry ko na kasi sa montero na sabay apakan. mas malakas brakes kaysa gas pedal. kung wild talaga yung throttle. MAYBE mas malakas ang gas, pero i think medyo mabagal lang ang abante. i might be wrong. let's wait for the video
