the GSR variant has the same body and same engine (2.0L DOHC 4G63 engine) as the lancer GT. difference lang ng GSR sa GT is the trim level. leather seats instead of bucket recaro type seats. basically, that's it. A/T din siya tulad ng GT.

e d ba usually pag ganitong time of the year nilalabas nila ang 2007 models nila kuno kahit 2006 pa???? Im guessing the Lancer could have placed all their gizmos & upgrades to their 2006 model na passable na rin ito to become a 2007 model...

    To clear things up....
In Lancer's history, the "GSR" model name has been used to describe the sporty model.
Its only in the RP where the "GSR" model meant the 2-door Lancer Coupe.
Back in the 80's the Lancer GSR they sold here was a 4-door sedan.

In recent years I think the only authentic "GSR" Lancer was one of the EVO trim levels.

The current generation Lancer has no 2-door Coupe version.
The current gen Lancer only comes as a 4-door sedan and as a station wagon.

I don't know what the Galant's problem is, but I now know what the Lancer GT's problem is....

    It's a sucky tranny.

    Ang pagbalik ng comeback...
