im just curious, lahat kc na nakikta kong lancer mx sa car finder ay invecs 2 or cvt.. gls lng ang nkita kong may manual variant.. my mx ba na manual.. pwede ba e.staging ang invecs during drag race? thesame engine lang ba ang mx at gls?

Walang lancer mx na manual tranny.

1999-2002 Lancer MX at GLS gamit parehong 4G92 engine. Magkaiba lang ang gearing ng INVECS A/T sa standard M/T.

the usual warning about used cars, is that the buyer does not know the real condition of the car in question.
personally, if i were looking for that particular model and there's literally nothing wrong with it, as in, truly drive-away condition, then i suppose it's a good buy.
but in my opinion, 16-year old cars needing no repair, are hard to come by.

but, if you are asking, "anong sakit ng 2002 pizza pie lancer mx?"
well, i read before, that their suspensions are tricky. but the spare parts are cheaper daw.

my experience was with the 2003 mx, which is the next generation body.
if the engine and cvt are the same, "malakas sa gas". this was the reason i gave it up.
and, for some reason, even after suspension check-up and replacement, it would still pull a little bit to the side. torque effect? i don't know.
otherwise, i liked its driving characteristics, and its driver and passenger spaces.

have you tried the late 90s sentra? i happily drove one for 13 years.

"they" say that if you are buying an older car, the MT should give you less headaches than its AT twin.

errr... from 2003 onwards, all mx are cvt.
i do not know, if the 2002 mx came in MT. hindi kaya, idinikit lang ng seller yung MX badge sa likod? heh heh.
