LED Scanner for 2010 4x2 Monty

Guys, anyone know where to get a good looking LED scanner (like the one in Knight Rider) for Monty in Metro Manila (I'm from Mandaluyong)?

For practical reasons I think I want to mount it on the rear mirror inside the car hehe : )

My respects, but I personally think that's too 1980's. Anyway, you'll probably find these things sold along the string of accessory shops on Banawe St.

I've seen cars with that accessory but somehow it still looks cool : )
