176kph on 2.5 4x2 * star toll.. engine still ask for more but.. hardly noticed it not until wifey said so "i think we are going fast.. slow down please.." it is because you don't see structures on the highway so you wouldn't know until you see in the meter! That was fast enough for me.. scared the sh*t out of me

Oo nga brader.. but somehow, nag-jo-joke lang pala ang brochure... yung ka-miyembro ko mas malupet, 190kph 2.5 4x2 din..


I'm not sure if both 2.5 4x2 & 4x4 have the same speed at max.. siguro parehas lang kase parehas makina..

^^ MT 4x4 2.5 is faster according to the brochure, faster by can sustain higher speed than the AT.

May naksabay ako 3.2 pa yun unang labas, sa SCTEX, 175km/h nako sa lancer EX nakatabi sakin yung montero, sinigawan lang ako ni misis na awat na daw kaya menor nako, yung Montero tuloy tuloy parin...antulin

Last07May going to Laiya while on break-incourse at star tollway my daughter stay for 150 km/h for a while when I intervened sabi ko it is not good for break in period to go to top speed, saka na lang. It is 2.5 with 6 passenger.

I believe she can still attain more speed than that, kaya lang it is not the right time to prove & find out.

mine 3.2, just a little above 190 and I think kaya pa..sir jp did 195 kmh..meron akong picture.. si sir jp na lang ang magpost... I haven't tried with my unichip pa...next time siguro...

3.2 4x4 GLS-LE = 180 kph evening shot at SCTEX last June, kaya pa pero tama na yun. Yeah, JP had it at 195 also during night stretch (with pic). :2thumbsup:

in my experince (pina drive lang sa akin yung monty :D) napag 170 ko sa tarlac higway malapit duon sa papasok ng sctex w/8 passenger .. lakasan lang ng luob medyu masikip din yung daan medyu ingay na ng engine

this month lang, i was driving alone in my Gen 4 Mitsu Pajero sa SCTEX and this guy in a Red Montero without tint was traveling around 80km/h, ako naman 100km/h. Nag flash ako ng ilaw kasi nasa overtaking lane siya. gumilid siya tapos biglang bumusina sa akin. siguro mga 5 seconds siya bumusina tuloy tuloy. nainis sa akin dahil nag flash ako ng head lights hehehe..... pinabayaan ko tapos umarangkada ako hanggang 140km/h. hinabol ako, ang bilis nung Montero. estimate ko mga at least 170Km/h dahil ang bilis ng dating niya eh. hindi ko na hinabol dahil kaka-break in lang nung Pajero.
