    there is a battery, the car's main battery. the steering wheel control pad for audio and cruise control are wired into the car's power supply and there are no button type batteries

    You're lucky its already tapped to the main car electrical systems. 2011 models and below Monteros still require a separate battery for the steering wheel audio remote. Anyone here who knows if pwedeng i-tap directly ang sa older Monteros?

    mine is 2011 gtv, did that already. but it should be done together with cruise control installation, wAlang pagkukuhanan ng source from your oem clockspring. yung clockspring kasi nung pang cruise control, may kasama na connection for audio remote. even implanted leds para tumerno sa illumination ng cruise control

    May illumination ba talaga ang audio controls ng MS? Parang wala yata sakin sa 2010 GLS SE ko.. Pati yung sa gear shift walang led... Ganun ba talaga?
