We will most likely get the 4-cylinder version.
The all-new Outlander 2.4 now uses a slightly stronger updated 168hp 2.4 liter DOHC MIVEC. The old 162hp 2.4 MIVEC like the one in the Galant 240M is SOHC.

okay lang as long as it don't have the front fascia of the current Outlander, no offense to owners, di ko lang talaga ma-appreciate

They will most likely launch the 2.4 liter version of the all-new Outlander here. All the new Outlanders look almost identical.

I am with you on this. Dapat lang naman talaga kelangan ng panibagong face lift yung outlander. Hindi kasi naging mabenta yung sinusundan ng bagong ito.

This may be introduced here in the Philippines in the mid of next year, but so do its competitors with new breed of line ups. Still, outlander is in for a tough competition next year. Check its competitor line up on my thread "Battle of 2007 2008 SUVs".

Fast Key is similar to the Previa here and the all new BMW 3.

The all new Outlander looks yummy!

Looks nice. Of course, not as visually striking as the previous model. :D

I have my reservations on the paddle shift, though. I hear it's not that practical, especially when making U-turns.

I think hindi lang siya paddle shifters. You can also access the manual mode sa shifter (from D then move it to the -/+ area). Parang sa new-gen Lexus IS.

It's appealing minus the odd-looking fender mirror.

The front fascia is also miles better than the present one, in my humble opinion.

nice! seems like a very well-rounded vehicle to me. it's good to see that everybody's stepping up their games in the high performance compact SUV segment. toyota with a v6 rav4, mitsubishi with a v6 outlander, a v6 CRV is next maybe (or a blown 4)? hmmm...i wonder if subaru is feeling the heat and finally bring in the Forester STi to the US market.
