January 5th, 2017 04:08 PM #1Did you see any stars/sparkles sir? Sounds like shock to me -- basically not enough blood/oxygen is reaching your upper body. First aid is to either lie down with legs/knees raised, or stoop over such that your head is under your waist, to let the blood flow.

It's an accidental resolution. To eat on time and regularly.
I've been accompanying my friend for lunch daily since the start of the year, and since he eats regularly at 12, I get to eat on time na rin. I told him I'll keep this up for the whole year and we also agreed to stop eating junk for merienda haha
