^ I highly recommend LTO Pasay. Took about an hour or so lang to complete my registration there a couple weeks ago.

Though maybe it was faster than usual because I went to LTO right after Holy Week? Vacation mode pa kasi ata ng mga tao kaya baka di ganoon karami tao hehe
