in fairness to his honor bro, he was a good judge before. he was with the office of the solicitor general before he was appointed to the bench. but when he suffered a stroke few years back, he is not the same judge anymore. he is just going through the motions. he should have retired. now, the administration of justice in our court is in peril. he's still 63. mandatory retirement age is 70 or 72. imagine we have to put up with him for the next 7 or 9 years.![]()
