kng gs2 mo mas tipid sa kuryente, kuha ka nung Champs or any brand for centralize pero not much bigger than individual shower type heaters. para it will provide heater for all ur bathrooms 1 at a time. tank-type heaters mas lakas kc sa electricity.

mas ok na yun individual heatr for each bathroom, mahal sa kuryente pag centralize but its more convenient like, im picturing it as my uncles home in california, where they have centralize heater for all water supply, tapos yung faucet nila can be hot or cold

in the long run, individual water heaters are cheaper than centralized water heater. Why? A centralized water heater must get the hot water from the central boiler to the shower and a lot of energy and water is wasted along the way.

my home has individualized water heaters for each bathroom... and a hot/cold water mixing faucets so you can get the water temp just right.

for individual shower heater, maganda yung JOVEN 2000E, maliit lang, cheaper (~P4k)than other brands (~P5k), electronic continuously variable temperature control (triac control), and a pressure switch that turns on/off heater power whenever shower faucet is opened/closed ... it comes with a valve for the inlet to let you adjust shower flow in cases of high-water pressure (the shower faucet will only serve as on/off instead of a flow regulator) ... it has a neon lamp to let you know that power is applied to the heater and its brightness is proportional to set temperature

yes it is more economical to use individual shower heaters ... and for even more savings, use them at lowest flow and lowest temperature settings just enough for a convenient shower bath.

trivia ... although normal body temperature is 37C, a shower (or ambient air) at 30C is already "too warm" for comfort ... shower at 26-27C is the comfort zone for pinoys like me

yes, mas economical in the long run ang individual heaters. and kapag nasira, isa lang ang mawawalan ng hot water, unlike sa centralized, kung nasira, lahat walang hot water.

ang advantage ng centralized is kahit brownout, meron ka pa rin hot water within 24hrs, basta't hindi malakas ang gamit, yung panligo lang.

also, kung talagang malakas kang gumamit ng hot water, like pati sa laundry mo e gumagamit ka ng hot water, and sa paghugas lang ng kamay nagmimix ka rin ng hot water, maaaring mas maging economical ang centralized heater. 3000W ang max electric consumption nito as compared to individual heaters na 6000W.

we have one in our home in pque. electric bills were a bit higher. maganda lang eh you can have heated water anytime even for cooking. our heater has this thermostat installed wherein a certain temp. is set. it only turns on when that temp. is not reached.

one downside with a solar heater. You need to clean it often since the air in the city is relatively dirty.

mahirap lang naman kung 45 degrees and angle of elevation ng roof...

yup I think solar heated water tank would be a good option for you. 24 hrs heating and cheaper electricity cost.

next best would be the individual water heaters...I also have come across an individual water heater na capable to service 2 water lines...kung merun kang bathrooms na almost adjacent lang, you can buy this instead (tagusan lang sa pader and water line)...lalo na kung shower line lang naman ang gusto mong painitin.

if u opt for individual shower heaters make sure to get the newer models with ELB (Earth Link Breaker), this feature will detect if there's a ground and immediately shut off the heater..although on some of our old shower heaters wla naman prob even without this feature but its better to have it nalang. avoid old models without ELB.
