Let me put it this way: i eat better than i cook ^_^

Curious din ako whether the "spirit of the palayok" is true or not. Normally i can't taste the difference between food cooked in a clay pot vs kawali.

hindi yata sa palayok nanggagaling ang lasa..
sa usok yata ng open wood fire na nasa ilalim ng palayok..
and i will not use my metal pans over a wood fire..
