before doing it, i lift up the toilet seat, then flush. common courtesy sa next user, kahit nasa bahay. more so pag nasa office. minsan nga di maiwasan ang tilamsik sa top rim ng bowl. so pupunasan ko ng toilet paper yun.

I go to the gym regularly and hydrate myself accordingly. My wee wee is a pretty faint yellow. Just the same, I flush it with just enough water.

The hard part is going wee wee before dawn. I keep the lights off, so making a direct hit on the toilet bowl isn't always the case. My wife advised me to go wee wee sitting down...... Yeah, right.
