Samantalang Ang lakas nun nung bago mag pandemic.
And I've also noticed that the number of peeps who exercise in our village have considerably lessened too. Tapos pag Gabi dati Ang dami ko kasabayan tumatakbo o naglalakad. Ngayon halos Wala na.

Kapatid, I suggest you consult a dermatologist if it's that bad. Minsan hindi yan tootoong dandruff (fungal, etc.) but dry skin lang din sa scalp na lumalala pag gamitan ng matapang na over the counter shampoo. Well meaning ang mga advice dito pero remember, a qualified professional is sometimes the best person to ask.
Siguro in my case pag nagsusugat na or something leading to that. Alam mo naman when it's getting worse na, but for now Im trying the route of anti fungal shampoos muna. I've had this but it's actually controllable for so many years now. This is just skin disease so I can manage to try OTC meds muna. It's different if it had to do with the kidney, liver or any dread disease symptoms.
Salamat kapatid, I still think it's manageable kaya crowd sourcing muna and I think tama naman for now since I haven't tried the advice here of trying those anti dandruff "medications" . So far masaya na ako sa anti dandruff shampoos for so many decades. Maybe it's part of getting old, like baludoy says it's definitely possible due to weakening of immune system as one ages without proper nutrition and health practices. No offense to dermatologists here but my experience with them is they haven't given me any specific cause as to some of my skin problems before but just a blanket it's caused by stress reason. Sabay benta ng sabon at creams nya. I've had skin allergies for so many decades now and my daughter has inherited it from me. For so long now we have managed our outbreaks by buying those same skin meds na nireseta sa amin dati. Btw. ointments work better than cream. Dermas who also sell topical medications sell creams as they are easy to mix. Sorry kung may derma dito na natamaan but that is my experience. There is no cure for skin allergies, it can only be managed, so we learned to manage it. By topical, oral and diet means. Everything is in the internet.
So palit-palit ako. Gard, H&S at Clear pinagpapalit-palit ko. Works somehow. Dyan ako gagamit for a week ng Nizoral before, then Dermazole na nga ngayon.
