Is this your company, if I may ask?
You may opt to wait for an incident, for example, whereby the company will have to close temporarily if an outbreak happens. Or if majority of the employees have been immunized, you have to protect those who are not & not renew their contract unless they get themselves immunized. You can however, study the option of making them sign a waiver of privileges in case they get covid.

A private company can have rules different from the gov’t. For example, hospitals require masks without valves while the gov’t is happy with any mask.
A private company can make their own rules to protect their employees & with proper consultation with epidemiologist, for example, draft rules that will fit into it.

Maraming hindi naniniwala sa covid. Gawa-gawaan lang daw ng gobyerno pero sila bumoboto kay unggoy.

you'd think only "workers" don't wanna get vaccinated

many educated people believe this whole thing is a PLANDEMIC

they think this whole thing is a $$$ racket

they reject vaccines and vaccine mandate

    they're ivermectin advocates

    for example Mari Kaimo's group

    Mari Kaimo | Facebook

Concerned Doctors and Citizens of the PH (CDC PH) public group | Facebook

    check out this post:

Are there people who don't want Ivermectin's effectiveness to prevent Covid infection be known? Are there those who do not want the world to know that Ivermectin probably cures?
    Let's talk about Merck.
Merck's Ivermectin patent expired in 1996. Anybody can produce it today, cheaply and not pay a royalty to Merck. Will Merck promote Ivermectin if it won't make money from it?
Merck is in the final testing of MOLNUPIRAVIR. Think of this drug to be an IVERMECTIN 2.0 and it works but it won't hit the market until 2022. Can Merck allow the world to know Ivermectin works? Can Merck allow the world to know that if used correctly, Ivermectin may eradicate the virus? How will Molnupiravir be sold if there's no Covid in the world?
Why the rush to vaccinate people? Why have governments given blanket approval to use vaccines but have protected themselves and the vaccine makers from any lawsuit arising from deaths or sickness from their use? If vaccines haven't been proven to prevent infection can we be forced to get vaccinated? If Vaccination Passports are imposed aren't we being forced to get vaccinated?
If those vaccinated get infected and transmit the virus, aren't we merely guaranteeing repeated business for the vaccine makers?
What then were to happen if Ivermectin gets used massively and demonstrates it cures and prevents Covid infections would anyone still buy vaccines?
Ivermectin was listed in the Philippine National Formulary way back 2006. Then, its inclusion in the Formulary was hailed by no other than, then and now, Secretary of Health Francisco Duque. Mysteriously, Ivermectin disappeared from the Formulary. The once "essential" medicine for Filipinos is now deemed a "threat" by some guardians of healthcare in the DOH and FDA. Why?
Is it then difficult to understand why majority of worldwide authorities don't want Ivermectin massively used or tested with taxpayer monies?
Just yesterday morning, April 26, 2021 house bill number 9252 has been filed in Congress by Elpidio F. Barzaga, Jr. mandating the administration of vaccines in the Philippines. What do you all think about this?
TIME TO QUESTION AND RECEIVE DECENT RESPONSE FROM OUR GOVERNMENT

if there is a pressing problem,
and there does not seem to be an easy or affordable solution,
folks tend to try for alternative, cheaper, more available, and easier, fixes.
especially if they hear that 'yung anak ni aling charing ay gumaling pagka-inom nang gamot na iyon'...
it's hard to keep a logical mind, if one is drowning.

hindi daw totoo ang nangyayari sa india

huwag daw maniwala sa mainstream media

    sounds familiar?

that's what American conservative far right Qanon trumpists sound like

and there are pinoys who adopted that ideology
