    3. low-income job, low quality (typing) work.
    4. the person is multi-tasking, and can not cope with it. (i.e., the company has a lot of work to do; you happen to be less priority than the others)
    5. they're really not interested in your business.

relatives occupy the extremes of work quality.
some are so obssessed with the work quality because you are family.
others are very relaxed, because you are family and will surely overlook whatever errors they make.

it is understandable to me, why the least typoes are found in the banking industry.
when bankers make errors, they lose money.
and unlike in the law profession, there are no courts of appeals in the banking industry.
    1. doc, I am a low ranking mammal in the bank but all the more are we allowed not to make errors. Thank God I was never a teller but even a 1 peso short will create a problem during end of day balancing.

I am sorry but I think low of people who don't take pride in their work. Kahit sa anong industry whether banking, legal, medical, manufacturing etc, a person should at the minimum ensure na maayos output niya. Doc, sa legal profession bawal din sila magkamali as much as bankers. Our shares were computed incorrectly and that is money lost for each heir. WTF?!?! I know I am ALWAYS late but there's a reason why my bosses still love me, hindi ako barabara or "pwede na" magtrabajo because I hate people like that OMG!!!

    2. I already rejected that lawyer precisely because of the shoddy drafts presented to me with so much typos and I made sure my relatives knew that. But they still insisted on their services because they are cheaper, so I guess you get what you pay for! That is why I have my own lawyer because I do not like their lawyer

    3. doc, that should not be that way. maraming tao na kahit low income job. they still take pride in their work at maayos output.

    4. Wala nga sila clients and the legal industry mahina ngayon (confirmed to me by 3 lawyers from different firms)

    5. I also don't want their business that is why I have my own lawyer, but their fees are deducted against MY inheritance which I agreed to para lang matapos na

Just to clarify doc, hindi ko relative yung lawyer. He was hired by my relatives (but see no 5). That lawyer I dislike is taking over some properties but I have my own lawyer because I know that he does not have my best interest in mind

    in truth,
bawal magkamali kahit saan. errors are always frowned upon.

if one feels short-changed in a legal proceeding, one may take advantage of the built-in appeals process, to right the perceived wrong.

sa medicina naman... if we make a mistake... we just bury our mistake. heh heh. ghoulish humor. apologies.

but sa banking industry, if you typed 4.5% instead of 4.4%, to the advantage of the guy, and the guy signs the contract and you sign the same contract...

btw doc madaling sabihin pero mahirap gawin. Going through that is like bleeding time and money kaya natatawa ako sa mga tao na mahilig humirit na talk to my lawyer or I will sue you or I will see you in court because that's usually just lip service. Anyone who has experienced going through a legal issue will do his or her best na hindi umabot sa korte. Our family has gone through battles na umabot sa supreme court and that could take 30 yrs. Who wants that?

Eto yung gusto kong tanungin, abogado ba yan? What really pisses me off is the shoddy work quality. I will say the line bangkero to! Attention to detail is one of my strengths.

My lawyer friend said let them make a mistake, sila naman mapapahiya pag reject sa kanila ng BIR

    actually,
if everyone were cooperative at walang suwapang,
you'd need only one lawyer. or one accountant.
may nagsabi nga, get the accountant. he's better and cheaper than the lawyer.

    kasi,
when it comes to manah, the percent shares are already etched in stone. there is nothing to argue over.
the real work is in crunching the numbers. the accountant does this better than the lawyer.

may suapang e. Sa payment pa lang ng lawyer even though EVERYONE benefits from it, may mga ayaw magbayad. I consulted 3 different lawyers on this and they all agreed that ALL heirs should share. BUT I still got my own lawyer to protect me and check their documents because I know that the lawyer they hired will not be looking after my best interest.

Bad trip nga doc I'm paying for 2 lawyers. It is heartbreaking nga doc, we are selling majority of our properties na, kung pwede nga lang i partition but I don't want to make things difficult pa.

I need money na nga doc, si fat lab mas malaki gastos now that she is older. I want to give her all the best that I can afford, she's my baby
