Surprised to read that your condo allows LPG, I thought bawal Yan kasi fire hazard. Even more surprised that you prefer that vs induction. For me kasi, the best ang induction, you cook fast and with minimal heat, even turn on the fan or in my case even on windy days.

Wanted to know because i want to gift like this to my parents... by the way how much it cost you to buy the elba if you dont mind?

One of the 4 burners is electric (top left burner in the picture). Oven is also electric. There is a version of the same stove that's all-LPG (4 burners and oven).
If I recall correctly it was 35k for the stove, 50k if you get the cast iron cooktop. Then 8k I think for the exhaust. I can check the receipts tom.
