We were able to get an expedited appointment for US Visa, problem now is coding day natapat. Coming from the south thru SLEX, was thinking to park at magallanes galleria, then taxi to US embassy. Any better options? And dun pa rin ba sa dati na us embassy, kasi parang may napansin ako annex nila malapit sa paranaque

Can't decide if I'll invest in a residential lot by Megaworld in my town, wife said price is too high at pre selling price of 17000 per sqm, but I'm interested in it as an investment or maybe just built a house in preparation when we retire, price will surely go up once the area is complete. I know Megaworld is a big company but any comment on its other properties in Manila area? I've been abroad for too long that I've have no idea about its properties.

Most issues re name brand developers I read on skyscraper city pertain to long delivery time of land titles which is actually a small issue considering that they will deliver naman, esp if cash payment. Based also on said site, avoid Eton coz they have a tendency to cancel your purchase, ELI too, bad feedback though it is a subsidiary of Megaworld.

Some of my friends is discouraging me kasi price is too high kaya I can't decide also, and one said Megaworld has a fine print written that within 3 years of purchasing the lot, you need to built a house or they will slap a fine.

Sir papi, kagagaling ko lang dun kanina.. Ang ginawa namin di kami nagdala sasakyan.. Nag book kami sa cheap na hotel Gran Prix. tapos walking distance lang.. Isang kanto lang then tawid sa US Embassy.. dun na lang ako natulog to save with all the stress sa traffic.. malapit din sya sa Rob Manila isang knto lang din.. at may katapat halos na Sangup Salamat hahahaha in short pwede mag enjoy bago yung appointment..
