It could be a rice substitute or you can mix with salad

Yeah. I don't know how to cook it though. Tried it in a resto as rice substitute and I'm not a fan. Di ko gusto lasa.

Yes FM memorized almost all of his speeches daw and his impromptu speeches are great as well. Brilliant mind indeed.

My father, who hates him because of ML, still collected clippings of his speeches. Hindi naman masama na bumilib din sa talino at galing ng iba. Huwag lang pag-uugali. Hehe

fm had great memory and great intelligence.
but as we know from the lessons of history, "it's not enough".

    as an aside,
adolf hissler was said to mesmerize his audience in his speeches.
alas, because they were all in german, i have no idea...

I tried cooking it like what it said in the package. 2 cup water for 1 cup quinoa plus halt teaspoon oil. I didn't like the result. Medyo matigas pa rin. I increased the ratio to 4 cups water per 1 cup quinoa, and now it has same feel as rice.

But I don't know if that's right, adding more water might have lowered its glycemic index.

Dry ba? When I had it sa resto dry e, gusto ko kasi sa rice malagkit lagkit.

Yung black rice ang gusto ko pero parati naman sold out samin. Brown rice kami sa bahay for over 10 yrs na, mas gusto ko lasa ng brown sa white.

Yes dry, tried it in resto too, same thing dry din. It's like eating rice na kulang sa luto. That's why I doubled the ratio.
