i do not relish the thought of scanning 1000 bar codes.
    ...unless!
i am assured of some net winnings.

Well, you are not the one who bought a 1000 ticket. And scanning a 1000 ticket is better than comparing each ticket.

How far is this inflation and overall instability taking us?

Am thinking of settling the 85% remaining balance of my installments on a lot before things get out of hand. Baka baguhin ni developer ang price.

Kawawa naman boss ko. He had to work non-stop until 4 am Sunday! And then he has to go to the airport in a few hrs for his vacation.

He messaged me at 1:30 am. Buti gising pa ko. Baliktad kasi ako pa mag sign off sa kanya e siya yung AVP lol

I really admire him because in spite of all the stress he never showed bad mood. He is so perfect. Baka kaya he has no hypertension kahit stressed siya.

We're still lucky though, better than being force retired

I don't think they can change that once you have signed a CTS / DoS. Can they?

I'd worry about loan rates. My contact inside the bank says cost of funds now is rising (ratio is already negative for some) and can't keep their loan rates as it is.

Sir fleas, that provision was actually lifted from the CTS I signed. I have all the permits and already posted bond to construct on it, I am now just choosing the right Contractor.

Then a post in FB about this sudden increase in interest rates gave me a jolt. Maybe i am just paranoid, but things look like an unusual event is just waiting around the corner to make inflation shoot up.

I thought, what have I got to lose, if I pay it now, less than 5k in total interest till it falls due July next year? And of course, a reduced budget for construction.

    Oh well, first things, first.
