even if your appliances are high and dry, you can very well end up being an island; well-nigh in-accessible without having to wade thru a flood.

Gayahin mo ginawa ng Anglo Residence. Sila lang ang hindi na-ondoy pero lahat ng paligid lubog sa baha yung first floor. Imagine dalawang jeep magkapatong yung taas ng baha.
Ganyan kataas parking ng anglo, double the size ng jeep. Anticipated nila yung place na lulubog talaga kasi catch basin na, malapit pa sa ilog. So safe sa baha mga kotse ng tenant.

There are online maps that have measurements already then I cross check with my phones gps. I put it on the street to get lower numbers hehehe.
