AFAIK, millions ang budget ng SK na mahahalal. Imagine giving a bunch of teenagers millions to be used for baranggay youth improvement. It's governments way of teaching our young generations on how to be corrupt. 🤣

from what i understand, political party affiliations in barangay elections, are not allowed.

Oh. He supports POON/PSYCHO e. I would have told my family and friends to vote for him but I can't stand that he is with PSYCHO. But I will vote for him, may pinagsamahan naman kami ng teenage years

Barangays are allocated a percentage of the IRA budget ... so barangays located in high earning business districts are cash cows ... like in Makati central business district ... or in Binondo area ... high income, low population ... a barangay in Caloocan got 89M budget allocation in 2013 ...
