iniisip ko itong ol' prof ko, nagkita ulit kami kanina sa mcdo fisher mall after 20 so long years. nagulat lang ako kasi time has f*ckin eaten his good looks.
he became my prof when he was (i think-- guesstimate) in his early 50's. he doesn't look like 50-ish back then. maganda pa tikas niya and his looks swooned most of my female classmates. most of all tisoy kasi, ala mark gil. nakakainuman namin ng mga barkada ko at masaya kasama.
kanina lang nagulat ako kasi he's already old and gray.... and alone. he is now in his 70's, i suppose.
i re-introduced myself to him, nakilala pa niya ako. even if we just chatted for a few minutes, i still managed to give him a good laugh. natuwa lang ako nung sinabi niya ulit sakin yung lagi niyang sinasabi 20 years ago..."never a dull moment with you holden, never a dull moment."
after that, i shook his hand and bid him adios, since dumating na rin yung food niya na ako pa umasikaso dahil sa tagal.

i can't help notice afar that he's old and gray, frail and sucked thin by the mosquito of time.
20 years ago? t*ngina, seems like kahapon lang!

There's Stem Cell therapy. But of course it's just delaying it. IMO, exercise and staying fit is a better option.

Life is so short indeed. I still clearly remember my dad when he was my age and i was roughly the age of my younger daughter now.

I can imagine the fear in those politicos as they realize how death is stalking them around the corner.
