What Time Do You Wake Up?

What time do you normally wake up? Are you consistent with time?

I read a comment that a person who wakes up late is lazy I sleep late and so I wake up late. But when I had my daily cardio, I was awake at 6 am. I miss that routine.

These days, im up by 8am. (to check for texts and orders from the site and arrange for payment for said orders and give out additional intructions). By 9am im done with that routine so im back in bed to catch more sleep and wake up again by 12nn. Im at work (site and office)1pm to 1-2am. (Tues-sat)(sat until afternoon only). I sleep around 3-4 am eveyday. Sometimes (once every 2-3months), on my rest day (sun-mon) i can be in bed by 8pm and still wake up 12nn. (15hour sleep.) [emoji23] bad habits i know...

i'm up at 5 am. then i go to the loo, then go back to bed and sleep some more until way past 7... because i can!
...not a resident anymore... boss na ako.. let them wait!

Depends on the work shift. Outside of that? Whenever the youngest kid bangs on the door and demand I cook her breakfast. She likes the way I cook pancakes, french toast, and fried eggs.

at work, 5am. but i have 2 set times on my alarm so i can go back to sleep and wake up again at 5:20.

at home, whenever i choose. most days at 9am but today i got up at almost 11. kakatapos ko lang nga mag coffee.

5:30-6:00 AM. Lapit lang kasi office sa bahay, kaya ng 20-30 minutes hehe. Pwedeng pwede pa ako mag kilos pagong pag nag reready.
