hmmm. ako dito sa office. beam. sa house, colgate. imho, hindi siguro tutoo yung dapat papalit palit ng toothpaste para hindi ma develop ng resistance sa toothpaste yung mga germs. tingin ko maski ano toothpaste mo, ganun pa rin, dahil the mouth is really a breeding place for germs.

Hmmm... di ako nagpapalit-palit ng brand. Colgate lang pero iba-iba flavor. Dito sa ofc yung kulay green, sa bahay yung tri-color, aquafresh ba yun. Before that, yung red, tapos Total, tapos total+whitening. Nasubukan ko na yata lahat ng colgate variants. Parang wala namang epekto. Hehehe.

i want to shift into using happee toothpaste, it has the same ingredient with colgate and has undergone same process. but their workers are deaf people!

i read somewhere, may alternative mixture for toothpaste daw, di ko na maalala what dapat ihalo sa baking soda to form a paste. siguro yun ang panlinis ng teeth before nauso ang toothpaste.

gusto ko yung happee na tutti frutti yung flavor... sarap!

Meron pa nito sa US market, fafa! Kung may kamag-anak ka sa dun padala ka na lang, hehehe.

colgate total whitening.

nuon meron pa yung colgate w/ peroxide, galing kasi linis talaga ng ipen pati gums. saka patay daw lahat ng germs according to colgate. kaso di masarap lasa so wala yata bumibili maliban lang sa akin hehehe! pag tapos mo mag-brush eh ang pakla ng bibig mo, para ka kumain ng hilaw na kaimito nyahahaha! ayun nawala na sa market after 6 months lang.

dati naubusan ako toothpaste dito sa rig, towing kami from singapore papunta china e inabot ako ng 8 weeks sa rig, naubos toothpaste ko. dyahe naman manghingi sa mga kasama ko dito so ginawa ko kuha ako ng salt shaker sa galley :D yung salt ginamit ko na pang brush. ok siya ha, linis din kaso ang alat hehehe! yung salt shaker umabot pa ng beijing!

then minsan pa naubusan na naman ako. naisipan ko may supply nga pala ng mouthwash sa clinic para sa mga may sore throat. kunwari may sore throat ako request ako sa medic. yung toothbrush nilalagyan ko ng listerine, ok din!
