Can someone tell me what this project is?

Last week there was a housing fair at glorietta. I saw this condo that's about 6-10 storeys high (definitely not a skyscraper. haha!) and has 2-storey, 1 bedroom units (35-40sqm). The place is is in the area between shaw and the Mandaluyong city hall. If I remember correctly, the renderings of the building had a kind or maroonish color.


I got a brochure but I threw it away e... ngayon ako nagsisisi.

I'd greatly appreciate it if anyone could post here some contact details of the developer or an agent.
