Mod paki lipat na lang is i'm posting in the wrong place. thanks

Am looking to possibly sell a circa-Tita Cory Corolla EE90, currently in non-running state.

Is it better to fix it up to a running state first, or sell it as is? Napapansin ko kasing umiiwas na mga mekaniko dito, even the ones who are supposed to be "experts" in old carbureted cars.

    tia

    Consider:
    1. what exactly is the problem of the car? engine only or there suspension and other major problems?
    2. how is the body and interior condition?

namamatay matay po habang tumatakbo. suspected problems range from busted contact point/condenser to a busted carb.

Napaisip lang ako: even if i do spend to bring it up to running condition, it's still a 20+ yo(not well maintained) car. Kahit papano e hindi na rin ako kampanteng magmaneho ng malayo.

Part it out or sell as-is if that's the case. No point in reviving if you will not really be using it.

^^^ Kaya suggestion ko kung carb lang naman ang major problem, have it fixed. Mura lang carb overhaul. Wala pa atang 1K.

Aside from cleaning/overhauling the carb. Clean/replace its fuel filter and its fuel tank. Fuel lines din apektado nito Kung power/electricals, as long as the altenator is functioning, no electrical issue problem. Oil? Kung matagal ng stagnant ang motor oil/engine oil sa engine, malamang may wator vapor na collected na ito sa loob ng engine, kaya have it changed. The same with its transmission oil.
