tisinoy, fil-chi, chinese or whatevr you call yourself, saan kayo nag highschool baka magkakilala lang tayo? and since today is chinese new year, post na kayo dito, tapos I was watching TV lastt night probe team sa ch 5 ni che-che lazaro, and topic nila is about fil-chi,

wala parang kahit na dito ka pinanganak and you considered yourself a filipino, in fact your holding a filipino passport, iba pa rin talaga ang tingin saiyo ng tao...well, bec nga siguro meron mga ritual na people find it odd kung bakit ginagawa ng mga chinese. tapos meron din talagng ibang misconception pag chinese ka, una yun sa college ako pag chinese daw magaling sa math, eh pucha! math 1 palang binagsak ko na eh and then ano pa ba ah ito pinakamali, lahat daw ng chinese mayaman, siguro karamihan may kaya, siguro above average ang status pero hinde naman lahat suoper duper mayaman....

tapos sabi nga doon sa show last night sabi nun isang babae, "I am filipino by heart, chinese by blood, and fil-chi by culture".....

ang nakaktawa pa, chinese ka dito sa pilipinas, pero pag pumunta ka sa HK, taiwan or chine, filipino ka sa kanila...

di ako tsinoy pero makikisali na rin...kung di man magaling sa math ang ilan eh magaling naman sa negosyo lahat ng tsinoy...isang bagay na dapat tularan ng mga purong pinoy tulad ko...

elementary lang ako sa CKSC eh hanggang grade 3 lang, hinde na ako umabot ng high school dun, '94 din ako grad ng HS

shadow: tiong tsing ka pla nag elementary. dun ako haggang 1st yr HS. pero that was ages ago. naabutan ko pa na kahoy-kahoy ung bldg * may bats! hehehehe

Uy may mga taga Hope din pala dito. From prep to grade 2 sa Grace Christial HS ako then lipat sa "Ka Lam" (Hope Christian High School), mas malapit sa opis eh hehehe.

Chieffy: I guess its because tsinoy parents expose their children to their business at an early age, ako nga from elementary to high school after class diretso sa office kaya makikita mo din yung work ng parents mo.
