SSS Online : Useless

I would like to complain about your website, it's useless you can't do anything with it, are you really serious about the scheduling system? I don't know but you people from SSS are going backwards. Before with your previous web application we members can already check loans, contributions and other things but now you removed those functionality and you want us to schedule an appointment what sense does it make SSS online is supposed to make our lives easier by not going to your office to get our needed documents.

I hope you come to your senses and make your website useful again.

I just logon to SSS online. It's still display my contribution for this year. Also, I just transferred from a new company just a few months ago and my employment status is also updated.

Not really sure about the scheduling system though.

TO: SSS BOARD

ang kailangan ng SSS ay 2-fold online systems:

1. for the member.. basic query ng contributions, loans status, remittance status etc..

2. for the companies - ito yung ginagawa ninyong collector na libre and yet pinahihirapan nyo pa pumila sa mga offices ninyo! bakit di kayo mag setup ng EDI? para mabilis yung transactions ng mga employers sa inyo? remittances, loan payments, everything... di na kelangan pumila.. automated na... minimal na lang (sana) yung staff na ilalagay ng company para iprocess ang mga empleyado nila... dapat tanggap na rin kayo ng online payment thru banks.. hindi yung lahat hard copy pa.. pwde naman hard copy ng employer yung pinaka confirmation from the bank ... bakit kailangan on your forms pa di ba gastos nyo lang yun sa papel and gastos din ng employer sa pagpunta ng bank at pag validate?

Last week nagi-inquire din ako online, walang kwenta nga talaga. 2 years ago lang yata gumagana. Papogi lang naman pala ang computerization at online ek-ek nila.

you have to click ONLINE INQUIRY.. then under MEMBER INFO > ACTUAL PREMIUMS..
