Expired na sabon

I'm in Bacolod right now and yesterday pumunta kami ng mall para grocery,nasa hygiene section na ako para kumuha ng DOVE soap, tas yung dicer naglalagay ng mga bagong dove soap sa istante, kumuha ako ng isa (yung kulay blue) tas nakita ko yung expiration date nya 05 10 28 ( meaning oct 28,2005) expired na yung mga sabon pero theyre still selling them. Paano kaya aaksyonan ito?

Hindi kaya Manufacturing Date yung nakita mo? Haven't heard before that soap has expiration dates. If they do have expiration dates, how come other soaps like Safeguard or Irish Spring have no expiration date labels on them?

Baka naman edible soap yung nakuha mo.

if it's a dot-matrix print, malamang DLC yan, or day-lot code, the day the item was manufactured. AFAIK, soap has no expiry date, well except dilapidated/faded na packaging nya.

safeguard nga walang expiration date. since my mom retired from png back in 95, dami binigay sa kanya na safeguard soaps with incomplete packaging. were still using them until now. sobrang dami! hahaha hindi naman ako tinutubuan ng kung ano man.

Hindi naman yata mabilis mag-expire ang sabon. Yung lola ko sobrang dami nyang stock ng sabon since before I was even born. Okay pa naman.

There a new rule on ALL consumer goods starting late last year. Stuffs like shampoo, soaps, etc MUST have expiration dates even if they don't "expire" like food items. Kinda stupid but all locally marketed items in that category must have an expiration date.

kung expiry date nga iyon, then don't use. Dove have some "special" chemicals that serves as a skin moisturizer so baka yun ang nag-eexpire...

alam ko nawawalan lang ng amoy ang soap kapag medyo matagal ng naka-stock.

OT: dati yong mga CK na sabon, since coconut based, ang sagwa ng itsura pag matagal ng naka-stock.....yong mga bagong labas, sealed na with a plastic, solved na problema

code yan ng dove... hindi yan expiration... ganyan din nakasulat sa mga dove namin eh... depende ata sa variant... pero yun akin 3 years na ata itong mga ito hanggang ngayon hindi pa ubos...

AFAIK di nageexpire sabon, may nahalungkat kami dating sabon sa bodega last year mga late 80s pa ata galing sa HK, ginamit padin namin as handsoap hehe works, smells the same padin :P

afaik, hindi nageexpire ang sabon. i previously used a five year old soap that i've discovered stored in our cabinet, with a receipt saying that i've puchased that soap since 2000.

nung ginamit ko, bumula naman. hindi naman nawala ang fragrance.
