Thomas Beatie has given birth to a baby girl. Beattie is the first man to give birth to a baby. The 34 year old man was born a female, but after having a *** change is now legally a male. He has appeared on Oprah with his story of overcoming bigotry, ignorance and having a child despite the odds.
Thomas, formerly known as Tracy Lagondino, became pregnant and battled doctors refusing to care for him during his pregnancy. His pregnant transgender status outraged conservatives and started a wild fire of legal, political and social confusion and (for some stupid reason) outrage.

Regardless of what others think, Beatie and his partner welcomed a baby girl on Sunday. They managed a rather guarded delivery at St. Charles Medical Center in Bend, Oregon. Obviously a caesarean was done and father and baby are currently resting and doing well.

“A woman who appears to be a nurse carried a combination car seat-baby carrier with a white blanket over it. Beatie walked a few yards behind her. The new dad walked easily, although he appeared tired, and despite the warm weather he wore a white hooded sweatshirt along with sunglasses and black shorts. Someone opened the car door for him.”

Congratulations to them all and well wishes! I can totally get behind a pregnant man.

Sanggol na babae ang isinilang ni Thomas Beattie noong June 30, 2008. The Pregnant Man ang bansag kay Thomas mula nang maging bi*sita siya sa talk show ni Oprah Winfrey at aminin niya ang kalagayan. Naging kontrobersyal ang pagbubuntis ni Thomas dahil transgender siya. Dating babae si Thomas bago ito nagdesisyon na panindigan ang pagi*ging lalake sa pamamagitan ng isang operasyon. Gumamit si Thomas ng fake na pangalan nang pumasok siya sa ospital. Caesarian section ang pagsisilang ng 34-year old transgender sa kanyang panganay.

Sa report ng Mail Online, isinilang na babae si Tho*mas at Tracy ang kanyang tunay na pangalan. Na-publish sa isang American magazine ang litrato ni Thomas habang buntis siya.

Ipinakita rin niya ang mga peklat ng kanyang breast removal operation.
Kasal si Thomas sa kanyang asawa na si Nancy. Hindi na puwedeng mabuntis si Nancy dahil sa hysterectomy.

Sa pagnanais na magkaroon sila ng anak, itinigil ni Thomas ang twice-weekly testosterone injections kaya nagkaroon uli siya ng monthly period, pagkatapos ng walong taon.

Naghanap si Thomas ng sperm donor para matupad ang kanyang pangarap na mabuntis. Sa isang interbyu, ikinuwento ni Tho*mas na nagbuntis na siya noon pero ipina-abort ito dahil triplets ang kanyang mga ipinagbubuntis at mapanganib ito sa buhay niya.

Ikinabigla ng mga kaibigan ni Thomas ang desisyon nito na maging ganap na lalake dahil isa siya sa mga matindi ang pangangampanya noon sa same *** marriage.

When she chose to be a man she should have also given up her "right" to bear a child - which is exclusive to women (unless you are a seahorse ata). Kaso she wants to have her cake and eat it too. Dapat nga talaga tinanggal na rin yung ovaries at fallopian tube niya. Nung malaman niya na di pala pwede manganak asawa niya e siya manganganak? Akala ko ba eh lalaki siya?

Not such a big deal, for me. In a world where people want to look like snakes, cats or robots (with spikes surgically implanted in their skin), I can think of more outrageous things than a transgender mama.

Hermaphroditism occurs naturally naman... once did a slideshow for my Lolo (was part of his lecture for med.school)... that was scarring...

The Adam's Apple becomes more prominent due testosterone (I've known some girls with Adam's Apples...)... it's these hormone injections that also give her... errh... him... facial hair.
