If I leave SM Fairview at around 10:30am, can I reach Malate area around 12 noon? Which route should I take?

with a bit of luck, puede.
i regularly do less than an hour from edsa to malate, via quezon avenue. sometimes, i turn left at gov forbes, to bypass quiapo.. for some reason, the quiapo traffic mess seems mysteriously unsolve-able, considering it is obvious what the cause is (yung mga PUJ na pinipilit pumasok sa ille de tulle..
Was able to reach Malate last wednesday at around 11:56am. Left SM Fairview around 10:45am. So less than 1hr 30min ang travel time.

Eto ang daily route ng girlfriend ko back in college. Taga-Fairview then school is in UPM. Kahit commute, kaya less than 1.5 hrs travel basta maaga. Pag pauwi naman, 1.5-2 hrs ang byahe.
From Fairview to Malate there really isn't much choice, Q. Ave pa rin talaga daan whether commute or kotse.

Sa google maps, pinapadaan ako ng quirino highway, then NLEX.

cguro it would have been faster kung quirino ave up to dun sa short cut going sa mga motel in sta mesa, right magsaysay, left araneta ave right quezon ave to fairview or vice versa.
